Lemon Blueberry Cake:

Ingredients:

- 1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

- Optional: cream cheese frosting

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and lemon zest. Mix well until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Gently fold in the blueberries into the batter.

4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the cake mix box or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
